This week, some thoughts on System 3’s Vendetta, as the company celebrates its 43rd anniversary. While contemporaries folded or ended up swallowed by bigger publishers, System 3 has managed to remain independent.
That’s quite an achievement. My own experience with the company was via International Karate+, The Last Ninja 3, and Vendetta, a game I felt was more like an action movie than anything else I’d played. That’s the main feature in this week’s podcast.
