The release of the 1990s Duke Nukem games on Evercade is arguably the most significant event in the platform’s history.

I first encountered the Duke back in 1996; my uncle owned a PC, and had a cover disc demo of Duke Nukem 3D. I didn’t really know what it was, or anything about the character, but I was blown away, not just by the souped up PC he had, but the game as well.

Eventually, I got a copy of the full game, something I’ve replayed several times over the years, most recently on Nintendo Switch.

So, news of Duke Nukem‘s arrival on Evercade came as quite a thrill of anticipation, I can tell you!

While the pre-orders were unfortunately pushed back a few weeks, the time has come to grab Duke Nukem Collection 1 and 2 via your preferred Evercade cartridge retailer.

What does the Duke Nukem Collection include?

Evcercade cartridge collections 33 and 34 include these six Duke Nukem titles:

  • Duke Nukem Remastered (1991, PC)
  • Duke Nukem II Remastered (1993, PC)
  • Duke Nukem 3D (1996, PC)
  • Duke Nukem: Time to Kill (1998, PlayStation)
  • Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes (2000, PlayStation)
  • Duke Nukem Advance (2002, Game Boy Advance)

Both the Duke Nukem Collection 1 and Duke Nukem Collection 2 can be pre-ordered on Amazon now.
