A huge archive of previously unseen concept art from several of Valve’s IPs is now available to view online.
Valve owns some of the most well-known and influential gaming franchises in existence. This collection includes images from games like Half-Life, Counter-Strike, Left 4 Dead, and DOTA Underlords.
Did You Know Gaming posted a video on YouTube covering several canceled Half-Life games. They also sift through some of the images in the collection.
You can view the scans on Did You Know Gaming’s Twitter page. If you have a profile, they are well worth a look. Since posting the images on Twitter, Did You Know Gaming has collected all the files on Archive.org. As the files are so big, you can’t view them on the site, but they are available to download.

When you’ve poured hundreds of hours into a game, it’s a real trip to see what ideas never made it into the final cut. Scans like this let fans theorize about what ‘could’ have been and how different these beloved titles may have become.
