Retro-style Shooter Gunbrella Heads to PC and Switch

Doinksoft, the developers of Gato Roboto and Demon Throttle, have announced that their upcoming noir-punk action-adventure game Gunbrella will be released on September 13 for $14.99 on PC and Nintendo Switch.

Gunbrella is a side-scrolling adventure game set in a world where a rapidly diminishing natural resource has led to widespread poverty and crime. Players take on the role of a gruff woodsman who sets out on a quest for revenge, armed only with a gunbrella, a high-caliber firearm that doubles as an umbrella.

The game features a unique blend of action, exploration, and mystery. Players will use the gunbrella to fight enemies, solve puzzles, and explore a variety of environments. They will also need to use their wits to unravel the secrets of the world and uncover the truth behind the gruff woodsman’s quest.

Pre-orders for Gunbrella are now available, and those who pre-order will receive a free copy of Gato Roboto, doinksoft’s critically acclaimed debut game. Players can also try out the Gunbrella demo on either PC or Nintendo Switch.

Here are some of the key features of Gunbrella:

  • A unique blend of action, exploration, and mystery
  • A variety of environments to explore
  • A cast of bizarre characters to meet
  • A challenging and rewarding gameplay experience

If you’re a fan of side-scrolling action games, noir-punk, or just great games in general, then Gunbrella is definitely worth checking out.
