Hello! The first of my looks at Football Manager on the BBC Micro will be along soon. This is a game I first played 40ish years ago on the ZX Spectrum, then later as Football Manager 2 on the C64. Before now, I’ve never played the BBC Micro version, which as you can see, appropriately enough, looks like Ceefax (BBC TV’s Teletext service)!
Of course, it’s quite an in-depth game, so I may end up on this segment of Adventures in BBC Micro for a little longer than planned.
Incidentally, to help streamline the editing process, I’m looking for a suitable HDMI adapter so I can capture the output from the BBC. Manually mixing video from two cameras is quite time-consuming!
