Announced at CES 2024, the Atari Gamestation Portable from My Arcade has attracted plenty of attention. But when can you get your hands on one?

Atari’s resurgence over the past few years seems to have overcome the disappointment and shortcomings of the Atari VCS. In the past 18 months we’ve seen a huge number of developments, from fashion partnerships to LEGO consoles, and everything beyond. The relationship between Atari and My Arcade is already established, with several previous devices released in 2023, such as the Atari Gamestation Pro.

Atari Gamestation Portable availability
The Atari Gamestation Portable will not be released until the end of 2024 (quarter 4 is specified in promotional material). While you can check a few reviews on YouTube featuring the device, these are early release models.
No doubt My Arcade will release full details of release later this year. In the meantime, you can still buy the Atari Pocket Player Pro.
